Day six. Braunton to Appledore.19 miles. Weather. Sunny intervals and two short showers. Quite warm. Downpour just after I reached B&B. Good timing I'd say. A predominately tedious, boring walk along a tarmac old railway track around the esturies of the Torridge and the Taw. Passed through Barnstable and Bideford then on to Appledore where it's conjectured that they eat missionaries. Maybe some truth in that. Can't wait to get back on the coast proper.82 miles done.
