Day 16. Saturday, 19th June. Perranporth to Portreath. Weather. Blue sky all day and warm. Another easy day's walk. Visited St. Ages which has evidence of quarrying and tin mining. Stopped for coffee at Porthcothan and a blackcurrent icecream at Chapel Forth. Finally arrived at Portreath via Sally's Bottom. Had enough time to spend two hours on the beach which included my third swim.12 miles today.
